The panels are modular in design for easy installation. The
system can be controlled manually or automatically and can
be placed on the ground or roof. The ENERSOL solar pool

Pool water is pumped using your existing inground pool pump to
the Enersol Solar Pool Heater panels. The sun's rays heat the water in the
panels, then the heated water is returned to your pool.

The AquaSolar system from
GoldLine Controls
gives you total solar system control with digital display of pool temperature
and solar system temperature. Plus, full system diagnostic LED's. The Aqua Solar
is set by a single dial adjustment for desired pool temperature. The Aqua Solar
offers selectable high limit, programmable re circulation freeze protection and
nocturnal cooling to customize any installation.
The Goldline Solar Controller monitors the temperature of
both your solar collectors and your pool. Whenever the
sun offers sufficient energy for effective heating, the
Controller opens a motorized valve, sending filtered water
to the collectors. Once the desired pool water
temperature is reached, the Control System automatically
shuts off to prevent overheating your pool. When the
weather is cool due to wind or clouds, the Controller shuts
the collectors off, keeping them from cooling your pool.
The system also monitors itself, making sure that the
temperature sensors are functioning properly.

the installer of this product does not feel comfortable
and/or safe do not install this product. The
installation of this product does involve walking on the
roof as well as climbing ladders. Please remember,
safety first!! Do not attempt to install this unless
you understand all safety procedures involved with power
tools, climbing ladders and working with roofs. To
obtain ladder roof operations and power tool safety
procedures contact your local hardware or building supply
company as per state of provincial codes.

The installation of the Enersol
Solar Panels is to be performed on a low pitched shingle or
tiled roof. If an installation varies from these
conditions whatsoever, Enersol should be advised and asked
for special installation instructions. For example, in
a flat roof installation, never cut in the roof or drill lag
bolts in the roof.

comfortable and/or safe, understand fully what you are doing
and follow all safety procedures.
Repairs
How to repair small cuts in
individual panel tubes

(to repair small isolated holes)
Make a small cut in the channel of
the panel on each side of the hole.
Make a small cut across the hole
Smooth off the ends of the splicer
and insert into the open ends of the
tube
If the hole is larger, it is
possible to make a larger splicer
with a scrap piece of panel and two
splicers.
Make a splicer to fit by cutting out
a tube from a scrap piece of rubber
in the proper length, and insert
splicers in each end.
Remove the damaged tube from the
panel and insert the splicer.
Header
Replacement
Disconnect Headers by removing Black
Clip, install orange clip tool and pull
headers apart.
Remove
Rubber by gently prying rubber off the
header using a flat head screwdriver.
Re-Attach rubber by dipping ends of
rubber into warm soapy water and pushing
onto the header.

Reconnect headers first by lubricating
the O-ring with O-ring lubricant (white
lithium grease, then use the orange clip
tool to slide the headers together and
secure with a black clip.
ENERSOL
PRODUCTS INC. warrants to the original owner (you)
the S-1000 solar collectors manufactured by it to be free from defects
in materials for a period of fifteen (15) years from the date of
installation. If any solar collector should be found to be defective due
to faulty materials, and Enersol is notified within thirty (30) days of
the discovery of such a condition, Enersol Products Inc. will at its
option, either repair or replace such panels subject to the following
conditions:
1. Enersol Products Inc. obligation hereunder becomes effective
only if the enclosed warranty card or a reasonable facsimile is is
fully completed by Consumer and returned to Warrantor within thirty
(30) days after the date of purchase by Consumer. This Limited Warranty
goes exclusively to the original Consumer and is with respect to the
original installation only.
2. The Buyer has notified Enersol Products Inc. or its authorized
agent, in writing, of any defects with the materials covered by this
warranty.
3. Costs of shipping are the sole responsibility of the purchaser
when a panel is returned to Enersol Products Inc.
4. Installation has been performed in accordance with Enersol
Products Inc. installation instructions and the expressed procedure for
Winterization and Summerization are followed.
5. This warranty does not apply to conditions resulting from failure
to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance, or to conditions
resulting from repair or alteration by anyone other than Enersol
Products Inc. or a duly authorized agent. Abuse, negligence, accident,
freezing or acts of God will void this warranty.
6. This Limited Warranty excludes the cost of labor to remove or
replace any defective solar collector or installation of replacement
parts.
7. This warranty does not cover consequential damages such as damage
to your home, loss of time, inconvenience or loss of use of the solar
collectors or any incidental expenses resulting from any breach of the
express warranty.

IN GENERAL:

The express warranty
obligation set forth herein
shall be limited to the
repair or replacement of the
defective part and Enersol
Products Inc. will not be
liable for consequential
damages sustained in
connection with this
material. All other
warranties expressed or
implied are void.
Winterization in Cold Climates
Winterization for your solar system must be done AFTER your pool is
closed.
Follow these simple steps BEFORE freezing temperatures begin:
1. Go to the highest point of the collectors and pipes and open the
top corner end cap. Remove the opposite bottom corner end cap. Work your
way along just the rubber, from top to bottom, chasing any remaining
water out the rubber tubes. REPEAT SEVERAL TIMES. DO NOT DISTURB THE
TOP AND BOTTOM ROWS OF HEADERS. If in doubt you can open a section and
drain out excess water. Blowing the lines with a vacuum cleaner many
NOT remove water properly.
2. A general inspection of the roof at this time is wise. Check for
loose lag bolts, leaves or debris that might block the run-off of rain
water.
3. Open all end caps at down pipes, pump house and blow any
underground lines. Generally, make sure that no water remains in any low
pipes, sags in pipe, valleys or any part of system.
4. Valves MUST be turned to be half way open or half way closed. On
motorized valves, turn switch to “TEST”. Let valve turn half way.
Pull the electric cord. This way water cannot get trapped in valve.
Summerization in Hot
Climates
In areas that experience hot summers, and roof mounted solar systems
are exposed to temperatures in excess of 150 degrees Fahrenheit, and
water IS NOT circulating through the system, the use of a ‘DRAIN DOWN
VALVE’ and a ‘ONE WAY CHECK VALVE’ is necessary. It is important to
remember that in prolonged periods of inactivity, the solar system
MUST BE DRY. Non-circulating water left in extreme heat over extended
periods of time may become stagnant and promote bacterial growth.
