Laars Heater Indoor Vent Hood (replaces stackless hood)

Laars Lite Vent stack/hood

• Drafthood and vent cap kits contain all of the items necessary for proper installation on Laars Lite or Lite2 Heater models.
• Kit includes 3 clips, 1 Adapter Plate, Installation Instructions and 1 Laars Lite Transition Plate.
• Indoor venting will require additional vent pipe, roof flashing, and roof cap, which may be purchased at any hardware or plumbing supply store.

HIGH ALTITUDE HEATER CONVERSION

CAUTION:
Do not attempt to ignite a normal swimming pool heater at altitudes above 2,000 ft. unless the heater is properly equipped with high altitude burners. This may cause an extreme fire or death event.

• For altitudes above 2,000 ft. or 3,000 ft. depending upon the model, you will need a specially modified heater to properly burn the gas.
• The high altitude heaters require larger orifices, which allow more gas to pass into the combustion chamber of the heater.
• High altitude heaters are special order from the factory and take about two weeks for delivery.

If you need high altitude orifices to convert an existing heater, please email us with your existing heater manufacturer and model. We have orifices in stock for quick shipment.
