You can pay by either VISA, Mastercard, American Express or Discover.

You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.

Authorizing Your Credit Card:
When you place an order with us, we contact your credit card's issuing bank to confirm that your credit card is a valid number and has not been reported as lost or stolen. We do this by requesting payment for the sale.

It is not uncommon for a request for credit card authorization to fail once or twice before the card is finally authorized. We will send you an e-mail if we experience difficulties in authorizing your credit card.

You are always welcome to submit new credit card information to us for a particular order, provided that the order has not yet entered the shipping process.

Ordering items for PayPal payment processing is easy:
Simply choose the items you want and follow our online checkout process. When you reach the credit card section:
1. Select the "Visa" card payment from dropdown box
2. Enter the following number in the credit card field:
         4111-1111-1111-1111
3. Enter any expiration date (example = 05/2018)
4. Enter "111" in the Card Security Code section.
5. Select the "Submit" button.

Then just go to your PayPal account and select the "Send Money" tab and send the full payment to sales@POOL1.com      Also, include the order ID confirmation number in the remarks section of the payment.

Don't feel comfortable ordering online with a credit card?

We understand that no matter how secure we have made our site, some people still do not feel comfortable ordering online with a credit card. Unlike most sites, we do not charge extra for wanting to pay by check or money order. So, we have made it quick and easy to order with one of the three payment options listed below.

We accept checks or money orders denominated in U.S. dollars as payment for most orders. In fact you can deduct 2% for a cashier check or money order from the total order. We do not allow a 2% discount for normal personal or business checks.

If you do choose to pay by check, you can send payment to the address below once you have fully submitted your order. Please be sure to write your order ID confirmation number on the check or money order so we may properly credit your account.

Submitting order for payment by Check & Money Order:
Ordering by personal check or money order is easy. Simply choose the items you want and follow our online checkout process. When you reach the credit card section, enter the following number in the credit card field: 4111-1111-1111-1111 with expiration date of 05/2012. Enter "111" in the Card Security Code section. Then just mail your check or money order to the address below. Also, include a printed copy of the order confirmation you will receive by email.

All checks and money orders drawn in US Funds:
Cashier checks and money orders are immediately processed and shipped without delay.

Personal or business checks drawn in US Funds:
In order to maintain our low prices, it's necessary for us to wait for personal or business checks to clear deposit before shipment--allow an extra 7 days. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

All checks must also have a valid nine-digit bank routing number (ABA code) MICR-encoded on the bottom of the check.

Note: Returned checks will be subject to the maximum returned check fee allowed by law.

Paying by personal or business check does slow down your order somewhat, as we don't process your items until your check is received, and we don't ship the items to you until your funds clear. If you are in the United States, paying by personal check typically delays your order one to two weeks.

Wire Transfer
You can have your bank initiate a wire transfer. Please contact us after you have processed your order via the same method as if paying by check.
Order Release: Within one business day of confirmed wire receipt.

Ordering by FAX

Want to FAX us your order? Sure thing, just print off the Order Form and fax it to us at 1.931.685.4715.

Once your order is processed, you will receive an e-mail confirming your shipment.


International orders:
You must e-mail us at sales@POOL1.com for your shipping quote before sending in your payment. Please reference your order number when doing so. Payments received which do not include the shipping price will not be processed.

Once we receive your payment, we will process your order. There has been some confusion concerning completing the order - we must receive your payment before we will ship your order.
