Warranty Policy and Limitations

AllNetBiz and Swimming Pool Wholesale Warehouse (SPWW) value your business and we always attempt to provide you the very best of service. SPWW does not warrant installation or service related issues when installing the parts supplied by us. SPWW does not warrant any item for fitness or use. Customers should be certain before purchasing an item that they are sure of the use for that product and the fitness of the item for their specific purpose.

No limited warranty is provided by SPWW for any products distributed by SPWW. Please see below for warranty information or obtaining service. Manufacturers are responsible for all warranty allowances. SPWW is not responsible for returning defective merchandise to manufacturers. Contact manufacturers directly for warranty service per their respective warranty policy.

If your Product was purchased as a component integrated within a system by a system manufacturer or added as a component by an installer, no limited warranty is provided by SPWW for workmanship or installation procedures. Please contact the service provider or the system manufacturer directly for warranty service.

Return Material Authorization

No Product may be returned directly to SPWW without first contacting SPWW for a Return Material Authorization ("RMA") number. If it is determined that the Product may be defective, you will be given an RMA number and instructions for Product return. An unauthorized return, i.e. one for which an RMA number has not been issued, will be returned to you at your expense. Authorized returns are to be shipped prepaid and insured to the address on the RMA in an approved shipping container. Your original box and packaging materials should be kept for storing or shipping your Product.

Disclaimer of Warranties

There are no warranties which extend beyond the face of the original manufacturer's warranty. SPWW disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, regarding the Products, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or noninfringement. In the United States, some laws do not allow the exclusion of the implied warranties.

Your Use of the Product

SPWW will have no liability for any Product returned if SPWW determines that:

• The product was stolen from SPWW.
• The asserted defect:
  1. is not present,
  2. cannot reasonably be fixed because of damage occurring when the Product is in the possession of someone other than SPWW, or
  3. is attributable to misuse, improper installation, alteration (including removing or obliterating labels), accident or mishandling while in the possession of someone other than SPWW.
• The Product was not sold to you as new.

Limitation of Remedies

Your exclusive remedy for any defective Product is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective Product by the manufacturer, not SPWW. SPWW may elect to replace any defective item within the first 30 days of delivery if the manufacturer policy allows this procedure. You will be responsible for packaging the defective item in its original container/box for return to us or our designated warehouse. If you cannot repackage the defective unit in its original box, then we cannot and will not replace the Product.

SPWW may elect which remedy or combination of remedies to provide in its sole discretion. SPWW shall have a reasonable time after determining that a defective Product exists to repair or replace a defective Product.  A reasonable time is not considered one day. Often SPWW must coordinate replacements with the manufacturer, which may take several weeks. Also, a reasonable time does not include expedited shipments beyond normal ground UPS delivery.

Limitation of Damages

SPWW's entire liability for any defective Product shall in no event exceed the purchase price for the defective Product. This limitation applies even if SPWW cannot or does not repair or replace any defective Product and your exclusive remedy fails of its essential purpose.

No Consequential or Other Damages

SPWW has no liability for general, consequential, incidental or special damages. These include loss of use, the cost of replacement, lost profits, lost time, and the cost of the installation or removal of any Products, the installation of replacement Products, and any inspection, testing, or redesign caused by any defect or by the repair or replacement of Products arising from a defect in any Product.

In the United States, some states do not allow exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the limitations above may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Additional Limitations on Warranty

SPWW does not cover Products which have been received improperly packaged, altered, or physically damaged.  Products will be inspected upon receipt. You can view additional examples of the warranty limitations below:

  1. Hayward label on non-Hayward product
  2. Hayward label on different capacity Hayward product
• Serial Number on top cover does not match barcode on end
