Wall
The Oregon pool wall
has High Gloss, 2-bake Polyester
Acrylic Enamel finish with contemporary pattern. The wall is
alkaline-cleaned G-90 hot dip galvanized copper bearing
steel and is pre-cut for skimmer and return.All
for long lasting beauty which resists ultra-violet rays,
chipping, cracking, and weathering.
Frame
All Frame components are
alkaline-cleaned copper bearing steel with G-110
galvanization.
7" top Rails (Top Seats)
and 6" Uprights (Vertical Supports) are coated with
2-tone textured SILTEX (baked silicon / polyester) with
pebble grained appearance. A premium protective finish.
Top and Bottom Track are
baked acrylic enameled and inter-locking to provide added
support for a fully unitized frame and wall assembly.
Top
Caps
Top Covers (Seat Covers)
are 2-piece snap-lock covers distribute stress to load
bearing vertical supports.
Top and Bottom Plates (Joint
Connectors) are machine-threaded and secured by chromate
steel machine screws for maximum pool sturdiness.
Sizes
Pool comes in 7" top seat frame series. Rounds and
ovals are made in a wide variety of sizes. They are
available in 48" depth only.
